Mission

Our Mission is to strengthen the democratic processes in Macedonia by identifying political, socioeconomic problems through conducting research in a nonpartisan and policy-relevant way.

The Institute for Policy Research and Good Governance is the only think-tank in Macedonia that focuses on minority development but also provides alternative policy oriented solutions for the country’s EU integration and decentralization.Our Mission is implemented through:
Research and publications on democracy and good governance;
Monitoring, analysis and documenting the policy creating process;
Promoting transparency in the process of distribution and use of public resources and goods;
Improving the process of decentralization, strengthening the local government, civil society, education on the rights and responsibilities of the citizens within the process of decentralization.
