In cooperation with ANTIKO, Institute for Policy Research and good Governance prepared questionnaire, organized and realized field research (field survey and focus groups with women’s in rural area).

The project “Economic empowerment of women in the two municipalities” financially supported by the British Embassy in Macedonia.The main objective of the project is designing a model and piloting participatory, evidence based, approach in the creation of effective gender policies for economic empowerment of women.

Project activities are implemented in the municipalities of Bitola and Kichevo, as multiethnic municipalities within rural and urban areas. The project, through the implementation of activities, contributes to the creation of gender sensitive policies and actions for increasing women’s participation in the labor market locally and creating enabling environment for improving the unfavorable position of women in the labor market in the targeted municipalities.

This project was realized in 2015.
