Equitable representation in publicadministration and public enterprises in Macedoniaalways has been a matter of debate andpart of the process of making public policy. Asymmetric employment compared withthe ethnicity of the population in Macedonia created space for discrimination. Therefore, the OhridFramework Agreement is undoubtedlyan important document for the Republic of Macedonia, which precedes the numerous changestowards consolidation of its state based onmulti-culturalism and tolerance betweencommunities.
